ClaimConnect has been updated! Now authorized accounts can access both DSNY and NYPD from one account. Please read on to learn more about this update and how it may affect your account.

To complete this process, users registered as DSNY Administrators for ClaimConnect will be required to complete a simple migration wizard to confirm access permissions for the secondary accounts registered with their organization. Secondary accounts may be granted access to DSNY, NYPD or both.

If a secondary account holder signs in before the Administrator has confirmed their agency permissions, they will be directed to contact the organization's Administrator by email.

This system update also allows the Administrator to designate a Manager under each agency who can create and manage secondary accounts within that agency.

We hope these changes help streamline the ClaimConnect experience for your organization. ClaimConnect has also partnered with the FDNY and NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. We look forward to connecting health care providers with these agencies when they come online in 2023!
